Smarter Meetings. Greater Outcomes.

About

Why we're building NeMeets.

Because important conversations keep producing decisions that nobody can find a week later.

Why we are building this

The problem is not the transcript. It is everything after it.

Businesses walk into meetings without the context they need, and walk out with less of it written down than they think. The information exists — in a recording nobody re-opens, in notes nobody shares, in someone’s memory of what was agreed.

NeMeets exists to make the meeting produce something a business can actually use: a record with decisions, owners, dates and the evidence behind them, produced once and approved by a person who was in the room.

Our approach

  • One product. Hardware, software and app support a single workflow instead of becoming separate products.
  • Evidence before assertion. Every extracted item links back to the words that support it.
  • Human approval. The AI drafts; a person decides what leaves the workspace.
  • Honest scope. Roadmap items stay labelled as roadmap.

The founder

Built by one team member so far, deliberately.

NeMeets is being built by its founder, with the product, the workflow and the technical stack defined from the same set of requirements.

Kishan Patel

Founder · AI developer, Ahmedabad, India

Kishan leads product and technical development for NeMeets, and works as an AI developer at Nelabs. He started NeMeets in 2026 around a practical observation: teams prepare badly for meetings and lose what they decided afterwards.

Placeholders to fill in

This page is deliberately free of invented biographies, team photos and advisory boards. Replace these placeholders when the details are confirmed:

  • [add founder photo — 800×800, plain background]
  • [add two-line founder biography]
  • [add any additional team members and their roles]
  • [add registered entity name and location, once formed]

No funding, user counts, awards or customer logos are claimed anywhere on this site.

How we work

Three commitments that shape the product.

Consent is not a setting

Capture starts with people being told and agreeing. The recording state is visible to the room, not hidden in a menu.

Ship what is measured

Accuracy claims wait for evaluation on real meetings. Until then, the site says what is being tested rather than what has been achieved.

One workflow, not a feature pile

Every capability has to earn its place in the path from conversation to approved next step.

We are testing the full workflow with a small number of teams on real, consented English and Hindi meetings. Tell us how you meet and we will get back to you.
