Is it just a speakerphone?
No. The speaker captures and plays meeting audio, but the product is the system behind it: a transcript, summary, decisions, tasks with owners and dates, open questions and customer requirements — each linked to the transcript passage that supports it, reviewed and approved by a person.
Does the AI send messages by itself?
No. Follow-ups are drafted for email or WhatsApp and require a person to review and approve them. Nothing is sent from an unreviewed or uncertain output.
Which languages work?
English and Hindi are the first languages. Gujarati and other Indian languages are added only as accuracy is proven on real meetings. We do not quote accuracy figures before they have been measured.
Where is data processed?
Locally where the hardware supports it. If a workspace cannot process a task locally, cloud processing is disclosed and chosen by the customer — it is never switched on quietly. Which mode was used is visible for each meeting.
Does it record automatically on my phone?
No. Capture is user-initiated, shows a visible recording state, and requires consent and microphone permission from the operating system. There is no always-on recording.
Is live transcription available?
Not in the first version. Live transcription is on the roadmap, and it will be described as available only once it is built and tested.
Do you support online meetings and calls?
Supported meeting-tool recordings and imports are part of the workflow. Capturing another app’s audio directly, or recording a phone call, depends on what the platform and the operating system permit — we will document each supported path rather than promise universal capture.
What happens to my meeting data during the pilot?
Pilot meetings run under a written agreement that covers consent, where recordings are stored and how long they are kept. At the end of the pilot, the agreed deletion applies to recordings, transcripts and derived outputs together.
