Smarter Meetings. Greater Outcomes.

The speaker

Meeting audio that reaches every seat.

A compact 360° conference speaker built for group conversation. It sits in the middle of the table and picks up every seat, so the far end of the room is heard as clearly as the near end.

Coverage that follows the table, not the person nearest the laptop.

In most rooms, the person closest to the microphone is the only one who is heard reliably. NeMeets is built as a room device: it sits in the middle of the table and listens in every direction.

  • 360° pickup from four omnidirectional digital MEMS microphones.
  • Noise and echo reduction with voice enhancement for clearer speech at the far end.
  • Full-duplex audio so people can speak and listen at the same time.
  • USB-C and Bluetooth 5.0 for a wired or wireless setup.

Hardware

What is in the reference design.

These figures come from the reference hardware profile. They describe the design we are validating — not a production specification.

Four microphones, 360°

Four omnidirectional digital MEMS microphones, with a reference pickup range of about 3 metres. Real range depends on acoustics, noise and placement.

Noise and echo reduction

Voice enhancement and echo reduction to make speech clearer for remote participants — to be measured on final hardware.

Full-duplex conversation

People can speak and listen at the same time, which is what a normal conversation sounds like.

Link two speakers

Two compatible units can be daisy-chained to extend coverage for larger groups. Coverage must be tested in the room, not assumed.

Wired or wireless

USB-C and Bluetooth 5.0 connections. Final compatibility is confirmed per SKU.

Physical controls and an indicator

Call handling, volume and a microphone mute with a visible indicator — so the room always knows whether capture is on.

Reference design

Specifications are from the reference design and will be confirmed on the final production model. Coverage depends on room acoustics and placement. The reference profile does not establish that the hardware itself performs transcription or AI processing — that is the software layer.

Larger rooms

One meeting, one record.

Linking a second speaker should not create a second meeting. Connected units are treated as one setup, with predictable routing and clear status, and the AI processes the result as a single record.

  • Place the primary unit near the centre of the conversation and add coverage where the room needs it.
  • The connection method (wired, wireless or both) is being finalised by engineering for the production model.
  • Room size and participant count are quoted from tested configurations, never from a claim that more units always scale linearly.

What happens after capture

Two linked NeMeets speakers covering a larger meeting room, treated as one setup and one meeting record.
