Roadmap
A meeting tool is worth what it actually does today. This page separates scope from shipping: defined, in validation, and planned.
Status
Nothing on this page is marked available unless it is built and working. Where a capability is not ready, it says so.
Feature status
Status values are deliberately narrow: in development, in pilot, planned. Nothing is listed as available yet.
| Capability | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Meeting speaker hardware | In development | Reference design; final SKU, battery and audio measurements to be confirmed. |
| Post-meeting transcription and speaker turns | In pilot | Being measured on consented English and Hindi meetings. |
| Summary, decisions, tasks and open questions | In pilot | Outputs are evidence-linked and require human approval. |
| Review workspace and exports | In development | Correction history and approved export to Word, PDF or text. |
| Local-first processing | In development | Depends on device capacity; cloud fallback is disclosed and chosen. |
| Companion mobile app | Planned | User-controlled capture, import, review and reminders. |
| Live transcription | Planned | Not in the first version. Requires streaming infrastructure. |
| Cross-meeting search | Planned | The wider vision: every approved meeting becomes searchable information. |
| Calendar and CRM integrations | Planned | No integration is live. Nothing to install today. |
| Voice identity recognition | Not planned | Excluded from the first version; speaker turns stay anonymous until named in review. |
Pilot results will be published here once they are measured: [add pilot result here]. We will not publish an accuracy figure before we can describe the conditions it was measured under.
The vision
Today, one meeting produces one record. The longer-term goal is a workspace where approved records are organised by category, metadata and name — so a team can prepare for the next conversation with the last one in front of them.
Because the alternative is a product page that implies everything is ready. Teams evaluating a meeting tool deserve to know whether they are buying a working capability or a plan.
If something here matters to your decision, ask us about it directly and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
We are testing the full workflow with a small number of teams on real, consented English and Hindi meetings. Tell us how you meet and we will get back to you.
